Kanpur-based Dr. A K Trivedi has been a Consultant Cardiologist since 1987, now practising at the Kanpur Heart Centre (Swaroop Nagar) as well as at the Regency Hospital (Sarvodaya Nagar), in Kanpur. He obtained his MBBS degree in 1977 from GSVM Medical College in Kanpur, and thereafter, an MD (Medicine) postgraduate degree and DM (Cardiology) superspeciality degree from the same institution in 1982 and 1984 respectively. He was awarded Gold Medals for Anatomy, Pathology and Surgery. He also received a Silver Medal for scoring the second highest marks in the final professional exam.

Dr. A K Trivedi has enhanced his professional skills by completing a Fellowship at the International College of Cardiology, USA. Dr. Trivedi has attended a large number of National and International Medical Conferences as a delegate, chairperson and speaker. He has published research papers in Cardiology and organised state-level Conferences. He is a Life Member of many professional Associations and Societies.
